Convalescence

Laid up all day today at home. OSN came and fixed telly upstairs - Pepper barks for half an hour...
Got some bad news this morning, Steve Masters found dead after an accident on the Great Orme. Only 49 very sad he has gone. Only saw him last summer in the Saughall when back home.

Back in Saudi German

Follow up visit after varicocele. My left thigh is still a bit numb on the surface. Expecting an opinion if this is related. Might also set a date for haem-ectomy... Not an inviting prospect!
Weight this morning was 66.0kg with no real exercise yesterday or this morning so upped the cereal 50%!

First step fitness

Gym! Weighed 80.6 kg this am -workout at 8pm and arranged an assessment next Sunday 7pm. Medical says overweight and weak and golf pro says I need to work on my core strength so here goes. Target 300yd drives and 72kg

Interview assistant editor

Jack's first job interview today at gtv in media city. Fingers crossed! Me and Maddy had cafe time while Jack sold his pitch ;-)

Taste of Dubai

Nice afternoon yesterday at Taste in media city. Went with the Kearneys, only Amelia missed, she went to Maria's for the day up at the Hyatt residences.
Highlight was the Aldo Zilli cookery class, the girls' dance teacher was right up on the stage. Good people watch!

Chipping practice

Driving range full so chipping green today. Funny how a Russian mother with her son thinks its ok to walk across the middle of the green and stop everyone else practising.

Early walk round the park

Met another poodle called Pepper today a coffee coloured toy! Breakfast in bed and then gym to go!
